Last night our community band put on a spectacular movie themed concert and quiz🍿 They also said goodbye to Tony who has been conducting them for the past year and a half. We are all very grateful for the work he put into the band and we wish him good luck on his new musical adventures 💕

Yesterday the band made their way to Jedburgh to compete in the Scottish Borders Brass Band Association Entertainment Contest and we were very pleased to have walked away with 4th place 🎶 Everyone at IDB would like to extend a massive congratulations to our Principal Euphonium player Frazer Kirk who won best soloist🏆 And we would also like to say well done to Renfrew Burgh Band for their 1st place, Jedforest Instrumental Band for coming 2nd and Annan Town Band for 3rd.
