Irvine & Dreghorn Brass Band again took part in Ayrshire’s Land O’Burns Contest. We had a great time competing. The band played: Pound the Streets, Afton Water (Horn Solo), Valero, Lady Stewart’s Air, Foxtrot Between Friends (Cornet/Euph Duet), and Blue Rondo a la Turk.

After playing first draw at this contest we again rushed to Irvine Cross to play for the Marymass Crowning Ceremony.
