IDB 40 Round Open Golf Challenge

The IDB Golf Challenge is now in its third year. In 2015 the team took to the Irvine Golf Clubs course and completed a Dawn tie Dusk challenge, completing an impressive 4 and a half rounds of golf each. Last year the team took on our 40th Anniversary Golf Challenge, taking on 10 courses each of the three day challenge, completing 40 rounds of golf.

The time has come for the IDB Golf Team to look out their clubs and take to the course for the IDB 40 Round Open Golf Challenge. This years challenge will see the team taking on 10 of the UKs Open Championship and Open Championship Qualifying courses, collectively completing 40 rounds of golf over the course of the 3 days.

This year the band is partnering with Alzheimer Scotland, Alzheimer Scotland is the leading dementia organisation in Scotland. They campaign for the rights of people with dementia and their families and provide an extensive range of innovative and personalised support services. Some of the money raised in the golf challenge will go to helping Alzheimer Scotland continue the work they do.
