Charity Musical Advent Calendar

Irvine and Dreghorn Brass Band (IDB) are working in partnership with the Ayrshire Hospice to bring you some Christmas Cheer in the form of a musical Advent Calendar.

For £10, every day from the 1-25 December you will receive a video link of IDB players playing a different Christmas Carol. Profits will be split equally between the band and the Ayrshire Hospice.

Kelda McMichael, IDB Treasurer said: “We already have a relationship with Ayrshire Hospice because we play at the Berretti Garden Party every June in Ayr in aid of the Ayrshire Hospice. We really love the Christmas Season and are very busy throughout December. When we came up with the idea of the advent calendar, we immediately thought we’d like to use it to help the Ayrshire Hospice”.

To sign up, you can pay your £10 by cash, cheque or paypal and provide us with your name and email address. You can do this via any band member, by donating online (see PayPal button on our webpage or got direct to PayPal & pay £10 to idbrass@hotmail.co.uk) or by sending a cheque to our registered address.

IDB will be also out & about over the festive period, and will have a sign-up sheet with us wherever we go. We will also have some CD’s of the carols, again for £10, which again will see all profits split equally with the Ayrshire Hospice.
